Анализ уровня научно-технического сотрудничества и развития высокотехнологичных производств в ЕАЭС: научный потенциал и возможности для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий ЕАЭС с учетом воздействия внешних и внутренних факторов

Одним из определяющих факторов развития национальной экономики является научно-технический потенциал, эффективное использование которого способствует наращиванию конкурентоспособности и преодолению кризисных явлений в экономике. Учитывая, что Евразийский экономический союз создан в целях всесторонней модернизации, кооперации и роста конкурентоспособности его государств-участников, в рамках настоящего исследования проводится изучение уровня научно-технического сотрудничества и развития высокотехнологичных производств в рамках ЕАЭС. В статье показана взаимосвязь индексов конкурентоспособности стран ЕАЭС и отдельных показателей, характеризующих научный потенциал, а также сформулированы предложения по повышению конкурентоспособности предприятий ЕАЭС на основе анализа его научно-технического развития.

Analysis of the level of scientific and technical cooperation and the development of high-tech industries in the Eurasian Economic Union: scientific potential and opportunities to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in terms of the impact of external and internal factors

One of the determining factors for the development of the national economy is the scientific and technical potential, the effective use of which contributes to increasing competitiveness and overcoming crisis phenomena in the economy. Considering that the Eurasian Economic Union was created with the aim of comprehensive modernization, cooperation and competitiveness growth of its member states, this study examines the level of scientific and technical cooperation and the development of high-tech industries in the framework of the EEAU. The article shows the relationship between the competitiveness indices of the EAEU countries and individual indicators characterizing the scientific potential, and also formulated proposals for improving the competitiveness of enterprises of the EAEU based on an analysis of its scientific and technological development.
