Electrochemical behavior of allyl alcohol, malenoid and fumaric acids on Pd/Pt and Pt/Pt electrodes

Electrochemical behavior of Pd-Pt and Pt/Pt electrodes in acidic water solutions of allyl alcohol, fumaric and malenoid acids has been studied. The results obtained at Pd/Pt and Pt/Pt electrodes were analyzed, and it was found that surface absorption ability of Pd/Pt electrode increases in the row fumaric acid-malenoid acid-allyl alcohol. Absorption activity of Pt/Pt electrode is higher than that of Pd/Pt one.
