Статья посвящена доказательству того, что название темы данной научной конференции - «Право - явление цивилизации и культуры» - является некорректным. Автор считает, что такая его редакция искажает последовательность стадий процесса правогенеза. Он предлагает свои варианты корректного названия темы конференции.

IS LAW REALLY THE PHENOMENON OF CIVILIZATION AND CULTURE?

This article dedicates to reasons that the title of the subject of this scientific conference -“the law is the phenomenon of the civilization and of the culture” is tactless. The author supposes that this redaction of the title of the conference distorts of the consistency of the process of the origin of the law. He proposes his own variants of the correct title of the conference.
