ТЕХНОГЕННОЕ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ НЕФТЕГАЗОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСА НА ОКРУЖАЮЩУЮ СРЕДУ ВОСТОЧНОЙ СИБИРИ

В статье характеризуется современное состояние освоения углеводородных ресурсов Восточной Сибири. Рассматривается степень техногенного воздействия предприятий нефтегазового комплекса на окружающую природную среду. Приводятся примеры негативного влияния на ландшафты, воздушную и водную среды, а также на здоровье человека. Особое внимание обращается на необходимость решения проблемы сжигания попутного нефтяного газа, предлагаются конкретные мероприятия по его утилизации на нефтедобывающих предприятиях восточных регионов России.

TECHNOGENIC IMPACT OF OIL AND GAS COMPLEX ON THE ENVIRONMENT OF EASTERN SIBERIA

The article describes the current state of development of hydrocarbon resources in Eastern Siberia. The degree of technogenic impact of oil and gas enterprises on the environment is considered. Examples of the negative impact on landscapes, air and water, as well as on human health are given. Particular attention is drawn to the need to solve the problem of associated gas flaring, and specific measures are proposed for its utilization at oil-producing enterprises in the eastern regions of Russia.
