DEVELOPMENT'S MILK RECORDING IN MOROCCO AND METHODOLOGY FOR COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF DNA POLYMORPHISM ATLAS CATTLE IN MOROCCO, BY MICROSATELLITE MARKERS
In this paper, the genetic characteristics of samples are given. Characterization of cattle breeds raised in Morocco from two farms of Morocco on 10 microsatellite markers (MC). The studies were performed using a multilocus system for the analysis of cattle MS. An assessment of the genetic variability of the studied population is given. Based on the analysis of the genotypes of the studied animals according to MS, as well as on the numbers and frequencies of alleles common to each of the populations, a high genetic consolidation of the studied populations was established. The information obtained can be used to address the issues of conservation and rational use of the genetic resources of the Moroccan cattle.
