ANALYSIS OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NEW VERSION OF THE INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENT ISO 22000:2018 IN COMPARISON WITH THE VERSION OF ISO 22000:2005 WITH THE METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF FOOD QUALITY

ISO 22000 is today an international standard and it is used in business in different ways. Companies that develop their products following these rules and specifics are increasingly free to compete in many markets around the world. For trade officials, ISO 22000 aligns the playing field in regional and global markets. This is due to technically refined international standards and the placement of political agreements, and their observance creates successful practices that ensure the highest quality of food and their safety.
