ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИЯ В АПК РФ: УВЕЛИЧЕНИЕ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ИЛИ ИЗДЕРЖЕК ДЛЯ ГОСУДАРСТВА И ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ

Статье анализируется относительно новый этап в развитии АПК - цифровизация, с позиций фактора увеличения экономического потенциала государства и отраслей АПК, а с другой стороны - оцениваются риски и опыт компаний, которые ухудшили свои показатели, инвестируя колоссальные средства в эту инновационную составляющую. Рассмотрены цели и задачи государственной программы “Цифровая экономика Российской Федерации”, касающиеся АПК. Выделяются и детально описываются слабые места цифровизации с точки зрения экспертов и передовых агрохолдингов. Перед автором стоит цель оценить текущий курс российской экономики на цифровизацию в АПК. Проанализировать имеющийся опыт агрохолдингов России и 127 оценить выводы заграничных исследований в области цифровизации. Обосновывается экономический эффект от внедрения цифровизации.

The article analyzes a relatively new stage in the development of agro-industrial complex - digitalization, from the standpoint of the factor of increasing the economic potential of the state and the sectors of agro-industrial complex, and on the other hand - assesses the risks and experience of companies that have worsened their performance, investing huge funds in this innovative component. The goals and objectives of the state program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" concerning the agro- industrial complex are considered. Weaknesses in digitalization from the point of view of experts and leading agricultural holdings are highlighted and described in detail. The author aims to assess the current course of the Russian economy on digitalization in the agro-industrial complex. Analyze the existing experience of Russian agroholdings and evaluate the conclusions of foreign research in the field of digitalization. The economic effect of the introduction of digitalization is justified.
