Transformation of Business Models in Terms of Digitalization

In the article, the authors set a goal to analyze the changes in business models that occur in the process of digitalization of economic processes in Russia. The authors emphasize that on digital platforms, economic agents have the opportunity to effectively interact not with several separate enterprises, but with a whole ecosystem of companies. This interaction has a significant synergistic effect. Modern enterprises in order to maintain their competitive position should move from traditional ways of doing business to modern business models through business restructuring, business process reengineering. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020.
