Treatment of critical lower limb ischemia followed by ulcerative-necrotic lesions

Treatment of critical lower limb ischemia is currently relevant due to high incidence of disease and significant probability of high amputation of the limb. Patients are often hospitalized with purulent-necrotic complications in the affected limb that significantly complicates surgical treatment and requires a careful choice of surgical strategy. Modern aspects of surgical treatment of critical lower limb ischemia are reviewed in the article. © 2019, Media Sfera. All rights reserved.
