Specific Features of the Molecular and Crystalline Structure of Two Crystallosolvates of 4-Amino-N-(4-nitrophenyl)benzenelsulfonamide

Abstract: Two new crystallosolvates based on 4-amino-N-(4-nitrophenyl)benzenelsulfonamide with dimethyl sulfoxide and N,N-dimethylacetamide have been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. It is shown that the solvent presence barely affects the molecular structure of the 4-amino-N-(4-nitrophenyl) benzenelsulfonamide compound, which was investigated previously (crystal without solvent), but affects its conformational structure. The intermolecular bond of the NH···O type (solvent molecules) is implemented in both new crystal structures. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
