Assessment of the effectiveness of innovative projects: Algorithms, tools, methods of information analysis

This paper examines a range of problems of creating algorithms and tools to make decisions on the implementation of innovative projects in a multi-factor environment. An algorithm for drawing an integral indicator of resource exploitation effectiveness required by a project is provided. The suggested algorithm allows one to carry out a multi-factor ranking of projects.
