Воздействие энергетического сотрудничества России и Европейского Союза на формирование внешнеполитического партнерства

В данной публикации анализируется взаимодействие России и Европейского Союза в энергетической сфере, исследуются факторы, оказывающие наиболее заметное влияние на характер и цели этого сотрудничества. Особое внимание уделено проблематике формирования единой энергетической политики ЕС в отношении России в контексте пятого расширения Евросоюза на Восток, следствием которого стало присоединение к этой организации ряда стран ЦВЕ и Балтии - сторонников ужесточения общеевропейской политики на российском направлении.

The Impact of the Cooperation between Russia and the European Union on the Energy Issue in the Political Partnership

The article analyses the cooperation between Russia and the European Union on the energy issue, investigates the factors which make the noticeable influence on the character and the aims of this cooperation. The particular attention devotes to the issue of creation the unique EU energy policy towards Russia in the context of the EU fifth enlargement to the East, the result of which was the joining to this Organization a number of states from the Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic states - supporters of toughening the common European policy towards Russia.
