СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО ПЛАНИРОВАНИЯ В АПК

В статье анализируются принципы организации стратегического планирования в АПК. Определены особенности стратегического планирования в аграрном секторе. Исследована деятельность регионального животноводческого подкомплекса на базе долгосрочных программ развития. Предложены перспективные мероприятия по развитию стратегического планирования на предприятиях АПК.

CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF STRATEGIC PLANNING IN AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

In the article are examined questions of the organization of strategic planning in agroindustrial complex. Are revealed the special features of strategic planning in the agrarian sector. Is examined the functioning of regional cattle-breeding podkompleksa on the basis of the long-range programs of development. Are proposed promising trends in development of strategic planning at the enterprises of agroindustrial complex.
