EFFICIENCY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF LAND SURVEILLANCE IN THE TERRITORY OF THE NOVOSIBIRSK REGION

Nowadays, land is the most important irreplaceable resource of our country, so accounting and its rational use has become one of the most important tasks of the modern real estate cadastre and land management. The article examines the legal nature of land supervision of the Russian Federation, provides information on monitoring of land offenses for 2016-2017 in the Novosibirsk Region.
