INTERCULTURAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY AS A CRITERION OF FUTURE TEACHERS' TRAINING

The article describes intercultural communication which allows educating a multicultural personality. In particular, it covers some aspects of teaching intercultural communication within the educational process in higher education establishments. It presents how expertise, knowledge and skills transform into values inherent to professional competency, which comprises interconnected competences: conative intercultural, personal communicative and cognitive behavioral.
