BORDERS OF APPLICATION OF STANDARD STATISTICAL METHODS TO THE ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL AND BIOLOGICAL DATA(ON THE EXAMPLE OF VARIABILITY OF HEART RHYTHM)

I consider the limits of the possible application of standard statistical methods for the analysis of heart rhythm in conditions of dependence of subsequent cardiac cycles on previous ones. Separate indices of autocorrelation function in individuals with high and low functional reserves of the cardiovascular system are given, under conditions of hypoxia and under physical exertion.
