ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЬ КАК СУБЪЕКТ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ У СТУДЕНТОВ ОПЫТА МЕЖКУЛЬТУРНОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ

Students are faced with the need of creative use not only of knowledge and skills, mastered them in high school, but your own individual experience for successful socialization, professionalization and self-actualization in intercultural space. The importance of the successful development experience of intercultural interaction for many students is not always obvious. This experience turns out to be poorly evaluated by some students due to the lack of targeted programme of action of the higher school on the orientation of future specialists on effective intercultural communication as one of human values and a means of achieving success in social and professional environment. And yet interest in the development of intercultural interaction among students exist. When in high school, boys and girls do not only look for material benefits after graduation, but the opportunity to realize their potential, to feel greatness and fullness of life through active participation in the transformation of the world. The teacher is expedient in the process of pedagogical interaction, to teach young people to learn not only basic and applied knowledge and skills, but also the experience of relations between people, forms and methods of their joint activities, to create conditions for the manifestation of a student's unique personal reserves, necessary in modern intensively-changing multicultural world.
