Классификация выявленных ошибок в сведениях Единого государственного реестра недвижимости при верификации данных

В связи со вступлением с 2017 года Федерального закона от 13.07.2015 г. №218-ФЗ «О государственной регистрации недвижимости» одной из приоритетных и важных задач в учетно-регистрационной системе является механизм исправления ошибок, содержащихся в кадастре недвижимости. На практике наличие ошибок в реестре объектов недвижимости остается наиболее актуальной и глобальной проблемой, требующей незамедлительного принятия решения по выявлению и исправлению. Исследуемая проблема заключается в несоответствии и дублировании сведений системы кадастра недвижимости и Единого государственного реестра прав на объекты недвижимости и сделок с ним, о чем более подробно освещено в представленной работе.

In connection with the entry in 2017 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 no. 218-FZ. On state registration of real estate one of the priority and important tasks in the registration and registration system is the mechanism for correcting errors contained in the real estate cadastre. In practice, the presence of errors in the register of real estate remains the most urgent and global problem, requiring an immediate decision to identify and correct. The investigated problem is the inconsistency and duplication of the information of the real estate cadastre system and the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate Objects and Transactions with it, as discussed in more detail in the work presented.
