Some actual problems of sentencing, execution and serving of punishment in the form of restriction of freedom

Restriction of freedom, being one of the alternatives to deprivation of freedom, must achieve all the purposes of punishment provided for in article 43 of the Criminal Code. The article deals with some actual problems of this type of punishment and offers new guidelines for scientific research concerning the restriction of freedom.
