Формирование механизмов регуляции сердца и сосудов у детей дошкольного возраста

Особенности вариабельности сердечного ритма и кожной микроциркуляции изучены у 70 детей в возрасте от 4 до 7 лет. Применяли методы лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии (ЛДФ) и кардиоинтервалографии. В регуляции сердца в период от 4 до 7 лет наблюдается увеличение уровня активности регуляторных систем и рост показателя централизации управления ритмом сердца. Наибольшие изменения, связанные с усилением симпатических влияний, происходят у детей в возрасте 6 лет. В состоянии микроциркуляции отмечается уменьшение ее интенсивности и изменение реакции на умеренную нагрузку, что также особенно заметно у детей 6 лет. Таким образом, в период от 4 до 7 лет именно 6-летний возраст является переломным в плане формирования механизмов регуляции сердца и сосудов.

Development of heart and vessels regulation mechanisms in children of preschool age

The paper presents the study of heart rate variability and skin microcirculation in 70 children at the age of 4-7 years old. The methods of laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) and cardiointervalography were used. Heart regulation in the period from 4 to 7 years demonstrates an increase of the regulatory systems activity level and an increase in the index of centralization of heart rate control. The greatest changes associated with the increased sympathetic effects occur in children at the age of 6. The decrease in the microcirculation intensity and the change in the reaction to moderate load is particularly noticeable in children aged 6 years old. Consequently, within the period from 4 to 7 years old, it is the age of 6 that is a turning point in the formation of the heart and blood vessels regulation mechanisms.
