BIM-­моделирование: от истоков к настоящему

В статье проводится обзор развития технологий программного обеспечения (ПО), применяемых в сфере строительства, которые послужили предпосылкой внедрения BIM-­моделирования (Building Information Modeling). Описаны проблемы, возникшие при становлении данной технологии. Приведено сравнение технологии BIM с концепцией «Бережливого строительства». Изучено развитие технологии на российском рынке.

BIM-­modeling: from the source to the present

The article provides an overview of the development of software technology used in the construction industry, which served as a prerequisite for the introduction of BIM (Building Information Modeling). The problems that have arisen during the formation of this technology are described. The BIM technology is compared with the concept of “lean construction”. The development of technology in the Russian market has been studied.
