Финансовый механизм в здравоохранении России и пути его совершенствования

В статье рассмотрены понятие и структура финансового механизма здравоохранения России, проведен анализ и выявлены основные проблемы при финансировании системы здравоохранения, предложен алгоритм отбора проектов для совершенствования системы здравоохранения России на основе государственно-частного партнерства.

Financial mechanism in the health of Russia and ways of its improvement

The article deals with the concept and structure of the financial mechanism of public health in Russia, analyzed and identified the main problems in financing the health care system, proposed an algorithm for selecting projects to improve the health care system in Russia on the basis of public-private partnership.
