В статье рассматриваются основные структурные и организационные изменения, произошедшие в НАТО после окончания «холодной войны». В частности, затрагиваются вопросы, связанные с расширением НАТО, а также появлением новых органов и программ сотрудничества в рамках Североатлантического альянса.
Structural and Institutional Changes in NATO after the End of the Cold War
The article deals with some fundamental structural and organizational changes which took place in NATO after the end of the Cold War. In particular the article touches upon some issues associated with the NATO expansion and with the origin of new authorities and cooperation programs in the North Atlantic Alliance.
