Analysis of nasal breathing function dynamics during rhinoplasty

The aim of the study was to assess the dynamics of nasal breathing in patients with congenital and acquired deformities of nose as a result of combined functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty. using the method of front active rhinomanometry (farm) in 52 patients with deformities of the nose, we have found special features of nasal breathing, which allowed to diagnose changes of intranasal structures in preoperative period and to correct algorithm of the surgery. the study of nasal breathing in the postoperative period has confirmed the adequacy of the surgery.
