Identification and quantitative determination of active pharmaceutical ingredients in suppositories by a combination of 1H NMR spectroscopy and desorption mass spectrometry

A fast, highly sensitive, and precise procedure was proposed for the identification and determination of the composition of suppositories, which are dosage forms of drugs in a lipophilic base, using a combination of quantitative 1H NMR spectroscopy and desorption mass spectrometry methods. © 2014 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
