Optical Properties of TiO2 Thin Films

Titanium dioxide thin films prepared by the gel process were investigated. Optical properties of the thin films were studied by the integrated optics method. Structure, morphology and the nature of the surface of TiO2 thin films samples were studied by X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, Fourier images and other techniques. It was shown that TiO2-based film may have anisotropy, which can be used in many applications. © 2015 The Authors.
