On pathogenesis of food allergy

The article presents a modern approach to food allergy pathogenesis, role of sensitization and immunopathology, which leads to activation of effector cytokine and cells production, and are involved in protective (tolerance) and pathogenic response to food antigens. © 2016, Pediatria Ltd.
