Wastewater treatment to remove phosphate and organic pollutants

The paper presents up-to-date information as regards wastewater treatment for phosphate removal. It presents the results of studies aimed at investigating deep purification of domestic wastewater to remove phosphates. A highly efficient method is proposed for wastewater treatment using iron-containing filling material. The paper covers issues of metal corrosion in iron-containing filling material under various operating conditions. © Research India Publications.
