Effect of non-nearest-neighbor interactions on the properties of the {001} and {011} surfaces of crystals with a simple cubic lattice

The correlated non-symmetrized self-consistent field method is used in studying the structural, dynamic, and thermodynamic characteristics of the {001} and {011} faces of crystals with a simple cubic lattice. Interactions involving five coordination spheres are taken into account. The analytical expressions obtained are evaluated numerically for the Schiff potential.
