Existence of pulses for a reaction-diffusion system of blood coagulation in Flow

A reaction-diffuusion system describing blood coagulation in flow is studied. We prove the existence of stationary solutions provided that the speed of the travelling wave problem for the limiting value of the velocity is positive. The implications to the problem of clot growth are discussed. ©2019 the Author(s), licensee AIMS Press.
