The paper considers such platforms of competency management as InnoCentive, NineSigma, Yet2.com, InnovationNet (USA), Wazoku (Great Britain), HunchBuzz (New Zealand), Witology (Russia) which are the most successful mechanisms of creation, exchange, and management of the competencies.
