Основной задачей государственной языковой политики, таким образом, должна стать организация языковых курсов, направленных на развитие навыков общения и преодоление языковой самоизоляции. В отдельных случаях необходим компромисс в виде языковой ассимиляции, а не полной языковой интеграции.

The success of integration into a new social and cultural environment depends largely on the level of fluency in the language of this particular space. The main task of the state language policy, therefore, should consist in or- ganization of language courses aiming to develop communication skills and to overcome language isolation. In some cases, a compromise in the form of language assimilation, rather than a full language integration is needed.
