Linguistic competence as a basis for foreign language communication (the first level of certification)

The article is devoted to the development of grammatical competence as a component of the communicative competence of foreigners studying Russian language at pre-university stage. Lingvodidakticheskaja system of formation of linguistic competence, presented in this article reflects the personal long-term experience of the authors in teaching trials.
