В статье представлены результаты исследования вопроса перспектив участия иностранных компаний в осуществлении закупок в рамках контрактной системы. Проанализированы препятствия к участию и представлен алгоритм выхода компании на рынок.
PROSPECTS OF FOREIGN COMPANIES ENTERING THE RUSSIAN MARKET OF STATE PURCHASES
Results of research of a question of prospects of participation of the foreign companies in implementation of purchases within contract system are presented in article. Obstacles to participation are analysed and the algorithm of an entry of the company into the market is presented.
