A problem of optimal distribution of resources over a set of independent operations

A problem for the optimal distribution of resources over a set of independent operations was considered where the rate of operations depend upon the amount of resources and the state of operations. The necessary optimality conditions in the form of the maximum principle of Pontryagin were obtained. A set of constraints were prescribed on resources.
