Dialect in the System of Forms of Language Existence

This article is devoted to define the place and value of dialectal researches in modern linguistic studies as long as dialects represent a significant part of modern languages. They also play an important role in inter-language contacts and influence the core of accents used by one and several ethnical communities in the particular territory.
