The Schrödinger equation as a consequence of the quaternion algebra stability

It is shown that the requirement of invariance of a quaternion basis under rotations and conformal transformations of the pre-geometric spin surface leads to an equation generalizing that of quantum mechanics. © 2012 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
