Features and tendencies of human resources educational system development in Ecuador

The article is dedicated to the determining of the role of education as the most important\r\nelement influencing on economic growth in developing countries. Nowadays, Ecuador is among\r\nthose countries. This article examines the problems and tendencies of education developing,\r\nprovides the literacy rates. The article also reviews the main directions of Government’s activities\r\nin terms of the human resources educational level in Ecuador.
