Evaluation of life quality allows to reveal how the disease and it's treatment have an effect on all components of one's normal existence. Trials, devoted to quality of life of patients with different types of eye pathology, form promising modern direction in ophthalmology. In spite of absence of generally accepted ophthalmologic inquirer «Quality of life», researches may operate with enough handy and reliable instruments, which allow to give quantitative assessment of changes in patient's life because of visual functions disorders.Patients with ocular prostheses are very special because they loss not just visual functions, but also the eye as the organ. That is why we have created the special scale to evaluate the quality of life.
