Treatment of patellar instability following valgus deformity of the lower extremity and high-riding patella (a series of clinical cases)

The article discusses a series of clinical cases involving 8 patients with lateral knee osteoarthritis, valgus deformity, and patellofemoral instability, who underwent simultaneous medial closing-wedge distal femoral osteotomy (MCDFO) + transposition of the tibial tubercle (TTT).
