Colloidal Quantum Dots and 2D Materials Based Hybrid Monolithic IR Arrays

Abstract: In the last few years, the technology of colloidal quantum dots based hybrid monolithic arrays has been intensively developed, which promises to significantly reduce the cost of photosensors. Advances in creating photosensor arrays based on colloidal quantum dots and 2D materials are overviewed and the parameters of commercial photosensor arrays and prototypes are presented. © Pleiades Publishing, Inc. 2024.
