Российская политика в сфере содействия международному развитию: контуры партнерства со странами БРИКС

В статье анализируются особенности российской политики в сфере содействия международному развитию, делается сопоставительный анализ политик стран БРИКС в данной области. По итогам проведенного анализа даются выводы относительно направлений партнерства Российской Федерации и других стран БРИКС при реализации программ международной помощи в третьих странах.

Russian IDA policy - contours of BRICS partnership

This article analyzes the characteristics of Russian policy in the sphere of international development assistance and gives us a comparative analysis of policies BRICS countries in this field. Basing on this analysis the author provides conclusions regarding the areas of partnership of the Russian Federation and other BRICS countries in the implementation of international aid programs in third countries.
