THE ROLE OF LEARNING ENGLISH IN BUILDING A CAREER AS A PROJECT MANAGER IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article examines the role of learning English for project managers in Russia in the context of modern globalization and digitalization of business. The article substantiates the relevance of the topic, noting that knowledge of English not only improves communication, but also expands career opportunities. The article provides a theoretical overview of the effect of the role of the English language in the modern exchange labor market and its influence; an empirical study that includes an analysis of the level of English language proficiency among project managers in Russia; and practical recommendations that include suggestions and tips for developing English language skills for project managers.
