MODERN METHODS AND DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF LABOR RESOURCES ON THE EXAMPLE OF YANDEX LLC

The objective of the research is to investigate the efficiency of the use of Yandex's labor resources and to give methodological instructions on its improvement. Data (main sources): O.V. Grishchenko "Analysis and diagnostics of financial and economic activity of the enterprise", Noskov, Ya. S. "Evaluation of the efficiency of the use of labor resources of the enterprise and ways to improve it", Sklyarenko V.K. "Enterprise economics», Yandex sustainability reports 2021. Results: many indicators of the company's labor resources were studied, the results show that Yandex competently realizes its labor potential, but many indicators have shrunk in 2 years. Conclusions: Companies, in particular Yandex, need to revise their HR policy, taking into account structural changes in the economy and in the IT sector.
