The article analyzes approaches to human resource management and evaluation of their effectiveness. Human resource management of an organization is a targeted activity of the enterprise's management personnel, including the development of the concept and strategies of personnel policy, principles and methods of personnel management, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of the entire human resource management system.
