Improvement of corporate governance mechanisms in digitization and systainable development

This article is about the improvement of the mechanisms of corporate governance with the use of information technology moderna in a scanning environment. At the beginning of the article explains the basic concepts of corporate governance, which in essence would be: its basic definition, the rules and articulate these standards, the corporate governance as a value generator, among others. Later, in the article dealing with the subject of the linking governments and corporate enterprises, the role of boards of directors, and of course corporate governance in the digital age. Taking into account some existing platforms that are designed to provide directors and managers of the technology, information, and processes that enable them to work safely and promote good corporate governance. At the end of the article make it discusses some improved solutions to existing emphasis in the Clouds of Government. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.
