Characterizing the Impact of Impatience in Resource Queuing Model for the Performance Analysis of 5G Access Networks

This paper describes a method for evaluating the performance indicators for analysis of 5G access networks with impatient sessions. We consider a multi-server model in terms of a resource queuing system with the waiting buffer and session impatience parameter. The session accepted for servicing occupies a random amount of resources with described distribution functions. © 2022 IEEE.
