Данная работа посвящена оценке проблем и перспектив банковского права в Российской Федерации на современном этапе развития данной отрасли. Автором проведен анализ развития современной банковской системы, рассмотрены пробелы банковского законодательства и предложены пути их устранения.

This work is devoted to assessing the problems and prospects of banking law in the Russian Federation at the present stage of development of this industry. The author has carried out the analysis of the present banking system, considered the gaps of the banking legislation and suggested solutions.
