РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ АВТОРСКИХ ПРАВ В ИНТЕРНЕТЕ

С развитием цифровых технологий, расширением возможностей сети «Интернет», в сфере интеллектуальной собственности появилось также множество новых проблем, которые мировому сообществу необходимо оперативно и эффективно решать. В данной работе рассматриваются некоторые подходы к регулированию авторских прав в сети, а также представлена аргументированная критика существующего положения дел.

Due to the development of the cyber technologies and Internet opportunities expanding there are more new challenges and issues in the field of intellectual property nowadays. These issues are to be solved rapidly and effectively by society worldwide and all together. The following article is devoted to considering some points of view on the idea of copyright regulation in the Internet. Moreover, the article contains some reasoned criticism of the current state of the problem.
