RETURN MIGRATION STIMULATION AS A WAY OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AT KNOWLEDGE-INTENSIVE ENTERPRISES

This article will clarify cases of stimulating the knowledge-intensive enterprises by repatriates, which faced some blockage when getting back to Russia and creating new ideas that will make them get back to Russia for economy and knowledge - intensive enterprises development.
